The Media Centre for Global Learning, accessible at Welthaus Graz and in eight Styrian towns, has more than 4,500 items of various media for rent. They cover a wide range of topics: migration, globalisation, world religions, human rights, peace work, ecology, food, fair trade, children’s worlds, climate change…
In addition to non-fiction, fiction, videos, DVDs and CDs, we also lend teaching materials and games. We also have subscriptions to around 40 development policy magazines, which you can come and read in a relaxed atmosphere. The price for a library card is only €10 per year (€7 for students).
The Welthaus team is also happy to help you plan project days and initiatives in schools, parishes, solidarity groups and communities. We also offer workshops, teacher training and library scavenger hunts.
