Welthaus offers workshops for schools, youth groups and adults. Our workshops enable intercultural encounters and illustrate the links between our lifestyle and people’s everyday life in developing countries. They are based on the concept of global learning.
One example is our outdoor workshop Discover Our Community: On a discovery journey through our community, we look into global interdependencies in food issues, we visit various places (e.g. farms, wells, fields, meadows) and use interactive methods to make global contexts tangible. Diverse didactic methods allow participants to experience complex contexts in a way that is adapted to their age.
